How to Roll Your Mat:

1. Place your mat upside down, with the design on the floor and the natural rubber side facing up.
2. Slowly roll the mat, pressing evenly on both sides of the width with your hands.
3. Always roll with the PU (design) side outward to prevent sticking or peeling.

How to Clean Your Mat:

1. Wipe gently with a damp cloth or soft sponge using soap diluted in plenty of water.
2. Allow to dry completely before use.
3. Avoid applying essential oils directly to the mat.
